The application process for the Training Program was 15 days. In this process, 485 applications were received from 35 different cities and 68 different universities. The applications were scored according to the evaluation criteria determined by the team and the results were transparently announced to the participants.
Interview invitations were sent to the candidates who passed the 1st stage. After the interview process that lasted for 20 days, the results were announced in a transparent way and trainings were started with 94 participants from 33 universities.
In the 9-week training program, apart from the 27-hour training meetings, team work was carried out where the participants applied what they learned. While all these stages are being carried out; The volunteer team, who organized the training and acted as a mentor, spent 773 hours in total.
