From Argüden Governance Academy, Dr. İnan İzci gave a Good Governance for Local seminar in the Innovative Governance of Large Urban Systems (IGLUS) graduate program, the first of which was held in 2017, jointly organized by École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) from Switzerland and ITU.

Expert students from various parts of the world and postgraduate students from the Faculty of Architecture of ITU attend the IGLUS master's program, which conducts on-site investigations and research by visiting the important cities of the world.
IGLUS and ITU faculty members will discuss the urban planning and planning agenda of Istanbul within the framework of the program for two weeks.”
