Many different institutions and organizations such as Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, IETT, Istanbul City Councils, Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Environment and Urbanization, Ministry for EU Affairs, ITU, Istanbul Bilgi University, Habitat Association attended our meeting to discuss good governance practices in metropolitan cities regarding urban planning and transportation policies in our book. academicians, local government representatives and civil society representatives from the organization attended. Different examples of spatial and urban planning in Türkiye and in the world were brought to the agenda in our event, which was enriched by the sharing of different views and suggestions.
