Kader President Nuray Karaoğlu stated that the contract signed with Çiğli Municipality consists of 13 articles, which include the regulations envisaged in many areas of life, such as the establishment of a "Gender Equality Unit" in the municipality, the observance of fundamental rights for women, and the organization of a workshop on equality between men and women.
