In the first video meeting of our series, where our Board Member Gizem Argüden Oskay moderated and we discussed various dimensions of governance, we talked about integrated reporting and good governance with Prof. Mervyn King, former Chairman of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) and our Advisory Board member.

During the meeting, we discussed Prof. King's journey spanning from establishing the corporate governance infrastructure in South Africa to the global dissemination of integrated reporting.
