Besides being a community where young people can come together and communicate, the Youth Network aims to be a platform where it designs and implements projects to improve governance. The organizational structure of the network, whose founding leaders consist of 12 people, has been determined and its first projects are taking shape rapidly. While young people transfer their ideas to projects, they also establish teams and boards with diverse job descriptions for the development of members and the most effective management of the community. These are: Academy Representatives, Team Leaders, and Boards (Project Center, Communication, Collaboration and Organization Development). The first projects of the Youth Network are: GOV101 Training Program, Trust in Agriculture, Governance in Sales, Governance in Youth Assemblies, Governance in MT Programs.
