Gaye has over 15 years of professional experience in various fields, including general management, project coordination, fund raising, field work, grant management, operations, and the development of communication and visibility activities. Her expertise encompasses senior management roles in Technical Assistance and Grant Projects, with a particular emphasis on working with EuropeAid, ECHO, UN Agencies, and Civil Society Initiative Projects. Additionally, she has specialized knowledge in Early Childhood Education, Youth programs, Trauma, Protective and Preventive Health Methods, Child Protection, and Refugee Programs, in the field of Humanitarian Aid.
In addition to her professional experience, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and a Master's degree in European Studies from METU (Middle East Technical University). She has also completed the Trauma Studies Program at Istanbul Bilgi University.
