By becoming a member of TÜSİAD's WEPs Training, Mentoring and Monitoring Working Groups, we started to carry out voluntary work for the adoption of these principles.

Under the leadership of the Foundation for Life (YADA), UN Women's Europe and Central Asia Regional Office and in collaboration with the UN Global Compact Türkiye Women's Empowerment Working Group; Aiming to guide private sector institutions in their work on women's empowerment in their workplaces and areas of activity, the WEPs Practice Guide aims to inspire individuals and institutions that strive to have women in all areas and at all levels of economic life, and to strengthen the work done in this area.
