The Scorecard of Istanbul Municipalities

Municipality Governance Scorecard was announced to the public. In the study based on 37 districts, municipalities; process governance, governance principles and learning cycle. Scoring result; Avcılar, Kadıköy and Bağcılar district municipalities were the municipalities with the highest scores.
