This publication includes the findings of our “From a Citizen's Perspective: Governance Scorecard of Municipalities for İstanbul Districts” Project, whose methodology was developed by our Academy, and includes the research results, methodology, results, recommendations, and governance report cards of 37 district municipalities in Istanbul, which were examined within the scope of the Project. This study, which serves as a guiding guide for local government actors and municipalities, is also a measurement model for the governance environment in municipalities and a lens on the development of a trust atmosphere for citizens and stakeholders.
