The relocation of the world's population to cities further increases the current responsibility of local governments. Argüden Governance Academy has prepared a study called “Municipal Governance Scorecard of Istanbul Districts with a Citizen Perspective” based on the understanding that “Municipalities are the public institutions that most and directly affect the living spaces of citizens”.
