This study, conducted in collaboration with KA.DER (Association for Support and Training of Women Candidates), contributes to the equal and free development of girls and women in Türkiye, enabling them to lead their lives in better and higher quality conditions.

We were excited to suggest that our Municipality Governance Scorecard^© Model we developed, would be used to improve inclusiveness in local governments from a women's and girls' perspective.

We aimed that this guide, which we prepared in cooperation with KA.DER, will contribute to social inclusion and increasing the quality of life at the local level.
